Bergen County New Jersey Builds State-of-the-Art EOC

EmergencyManagement.com recently featured an article about seven towns in Bergen County, New Jersey, that pooled their resources to build a state-of-the-art Emergency Operations Center (EOC). This collaborative effort not only provided a much updated capability to meet their collective needs, but has facilitated interoperability and multiagency coordination. Go here to read the article.


Comment: This is a great example of communities working together before trouble strikes, so they are better able to handle it when it does.
